Tell me how many children are coming and the youngest and oldest ages. We will discuss a suitable programme. With a wide age range, separate sessions may work better. Nobody has to join in.
A parent or another agreed adult remains responsible for supervision. The disco is entertainment, not childcare.

Include your location, preferred playing time and plans for food, speeches or cake in your enquiry. We agree on setup, start and finish times beforehand. Use the packages as a starting point; your proposal sets out the price and what is included.
At home, in a hall or outdoors? We first discuss space, power and equipment access. Outdoor events also need a suitable sheltered setup. The technical information helps you discuss this with your venue.

I alternate child-friendly music with dances and short games. We adapt the programme to the children and your schedule. Parents and grandparents are welcome to join in.
We agree on the playing time together. Tell me when you will eat, who is coming and how much time you have for the disco. Your proposal states the agreed duration.
We discuss this based on your venue. Space, power, access and shelter for outdoor events need to be suitable. Include the location in your enquiry; a power socket alone does not make every space suitable.
