Celebrate the end of primary school with a school leavers’ disco. I’m DJ Blijwin® and I bring music, lights, sound and dance games to your school or venue. From the first requests to the last song, we’ll make it a party that suits your class.

A school leavers' party is a final chance to celebrate together as a primary school class. I bring music, lights and sound and build the disco around what your pupils enjoy. Ask the class to collect a short list of favourite songs beforehand. Discuss any music the school would prefer to avoid too.

Is the disco after the school play? Allow time for changing clothes, congratulations and saying goodbye to the audience before dancing starts. Want to thank the teacher or take a class photo? Put that in the schedule so it does not interrupt a favourite song.

Finishing primary school is a lovely reason to celebrate together. I bring familiar songs, dance games and time for the class to enjoy its last party.

Want to include a farewell song, a thank-you to the teachers or a short speech? Tell me beforehand and we’ll make room in the programme.

Agree one finishing time and a clear collection point with staff and parents. Include pupil numbers in your enquiry and say whether several classes are celebrating together. Allow time for drinks and a breather too. That gives the disco its own place in the farewell evening without making the programme feel rushed.

🔁 Not just for the end of the year

A class party can take place at the end of the year or earlier. Choose a moment that works with your school calendar, camp and other farewell activities. I’m happy to help plan the programme.

How long should the disco last?

The packages on this page offer 45 minutes, an hour and a half or two hours of disco. A short party slot can work well after the school play. An hour and a half or two hours leaves more room for requests and dance games. Consider the rest of the day too: after a school trip or a long farewell evening, a shorter programme may suit the class better.

What do staff and parents organise?

I bring the sound and lighting equipment and handle setup and packing away. Agree beforehand who will open the venue, when the equipment can be brought in and who will be the main contact during the party. Arrange adults to supervise the children, organise drinks and manage collection. Let me know about any particular needs of the group or venue so we can plan together.

Which songs will your class choose?

Ask each pupil for a few favourite songs and put together a short wish list. Include a song that reminds them of camp or the school play. It gives the farewell party a personal touch. I mix requests with dance games and familiar hits. Children who prefer to watch at first are welcome too.

Can the school leavers’ disco follow the farewell musical?

We can discuss that. Share the expected finish time and venue. Allow time for changing the setup, any class photos and visitors leaving before the disco starts.

Can pupils make a song request list together?

Please do! Ask the class to collect favourite songs beforehand and send the list. I’ll see which songs fit the show and follow the school’s music guidelines.

How do we combine the disco with speeches and farewell gifts?

Ideally, schedule speeches and gifts before or after the disco. If you want a special farewell moment during the show, discuss it beforehand so we can agree on the running order.

Can several final-year primary classes celebrate together?

Share the total number of pupils, number of classes and available space. We’ll consider whether one shared party or separate sessions suit the package and venue.

Wauw wat was dit leuk! Dj Blijwin is vandaag bij ons op school geweest voor ons jaarlijkse schoolfeest en wat een feest was dit! Hele fijne en snelle communicatie, super professionele opzet en dan begint het… Echt een feest en echt iedereen is enthousiast en komt toch vroeg of laat een keer mee dansen! De kinderen vonden het fantastisch en ouders/juffen/meesters en organisatie ook. Nogmaals bedankt wij hebben enorm genoten van je en kijken terug op een super geslaagd schoolfeest.

Wooooow.... wat een avond! Wat een feest! De jongens van groep 8 gaven een apres ski party voor alle kinderen uit groep 8. We wisten van te voren dat het fantastisch zou zijn met Edwin, maar dit was echt MEGA FANTASTISCH! Heel de avond, 3 uur lang, deden alle kinderen mee. Wat waren ze blij, wat een feest! Helaas zijn sommige kinderen hun stem verloren 🤪 zo hard is er gefeest🥳🥳🥳 In november hebben we DJ Blijwin geboekt en gisteren was het dan eindelijk zover. De communicatie verliep super! We hadden ook een Photobooth. Helemaal in stijl met apres ski. De kinderen hebben allemaal gave foto's kunnen maken, een toffe herinnering van een MEGA FANTASTISCH FEEST!

Edwin, ONTZETTEND BEDANKT!! Namens alle kinderen en ouders voor dit MEGA FANTASTISCHE FEEST!
