Let parents know beforehand that the children will get wet and ask them to bring a towel and dry clothes. Agree where children can change and where bags will stay dry. Discuss who supervises children outside the show area too. We agree weather, venue and technical arrangements before the party; do not assume any socket or tap will be suitable.
