A primary school disco with DJ Blijwin®

Choose one party block or split the school into sessions. The right package depends on pupil numbers, ages and the performance time you want. The current packages show the group size and show duration for each option.

Consider separate sessions for younger and older pupils so I can adapt music, games and pace. Leave time for calm changeovers. Agree who brings each class, stays with them and takes them back.

Choose one contact person who knows the schedule and venue on the day. Agree where children can get a drink or sit quietly. Is there a speech, school anniversary moment or pupil performance too? Share the running order so those moments and the disco fit together.

Reserve the space 60 minutes before the show for setup and 30 minutes afterwards for pack-down. Make sure I can reach the area and that power is available. Share dimensions, stairs and any sound restrictions in advance.

Celebrating outdoors? Agree an indoor backup for bad weather beforehand so we can check whether the setup will fit.

We check the schoolyard or indoor venue before the party. For an outdoor show, we agree on a bad-weather plan. Moving indoors is possible only if a suitable room and enough setup time are available.
