Let me know how many children are coming and their ages. The child celebrating their communion does not have to take centre stage: joining in or watching first are both fine.

I bring sound and lighting for the kids disco. We discuss space, power and setup access beforehand. For garden parties, we also discuss shelter and a suitable bad-weather alternative. Check the technical information with your venue.
You arrange food, drinks and an adult who remains responsible for supervision. Music and games are not childcare. Your proposal sets out the duration, equipment and price.

Tell me the youngest and oldest ages and the number of children. I adapt the music and games to the group. Siblings and family can join in; participation is optional.
We discuss whether the space, power, access and equipment are suitable. Outdoors we need a sheltered setup and bad-weather arrangements. Include the venue in your enquiry.
The price depends on duration, location and programme. The packages provide a starting point. Your proposal states the amount and what is included.
