Planning a company family day, anniversary or staff celebration where families are welcome? A kids disco gives the children their own moment in the programme. I get them involved with familiar songs, my own music and short games. Parents can join in or watch from the side.
One contact for the programme
Ask your organiser or event agency to share the date, venue and outline schedule. We discuss arrivals, food and the best time for the show. Speeches or site tours work better before or after the disco, so children can enjoy the activity without interruptions.
One possible order is: welcome the families, take a tour or join an activity, enjoy the kids disco, then have food or catch up. This is an example, not a fixed package. We agree the performance length and setup times for your event.
Different ages on the dance floor
Children at a company family day may not know each other yet. Share their expected ages and numbers. We can discuss whether one show suits everyone or whether separate sessions for younger and older children would work better.
Children who want to watch first are welcome to do so. Your organising team arranges arrival, supervision and departure. My role is to lead the show and activities; the disco is not a childcare service.
Our equipment or your existing stage setup
Already have a stage, sound system and technical team? Tell me which equipment is available. A performance using your equipment follows the technical rider. Read more about stage shows on the DJ for children’s events page.
No equipment yet? We can discuss a complete kids disco with lighting and sound. Your proposal specifies the setup for your venue and group. For outdoor events, we also agree on a dry, safe alternative location.
