What does the kids disco include?
I provide music, dances and games, with lighting and sound as agreed for your venue. Tell me how many children are coming, their ages and how long you would like the party to last. We can then plan the show and equipment around your group.
Is a disco tent included?
A tent is not automatically included with every setup. Ask whether a disco tent would suit your venue. Your proposal specifies the equipment, decorations and any extras included. A tent does not replace a wet-weather plan.

Space, power and a plan for rain
How much space do we need?
Choose a level area with room for the DJ setup and for the children to dance. Keep access routes clear. Send a photo or plan and the expected number of children so we can discuss the space your setup needs.
What power supply is needed?
Tell me where the sockets are, how far they are from the performance area and what other equipment will use them. We agree the power arrangements beforehand based on the selected equipment.
What happens if it rains?
Before the event, agree on a dry, safe alternative location and who will decide whether to move. Wind and rain can affect equipment and activities even under a tent. We’ll discuss what is possible at your venue.
Can different age groups join together?
Tell me the ages attending. We’ll discuss whether one group or separate sessions would work better. Your organising team should arrange supervision, arrival and departure.
