What makes a children’s show educational?
An educational show connects its story and activities to meaningful themes. Children listen and watch, then get a chance to try things themselves: responding to a signal, completing a task together or imagining something of their own.
Music, humour and movement make these ideas accessible. I tell the story, sing and join in. Afterwards, teachers can return to shared moments in class. When did we listen carefully? How did we help each other?
