Zorgeloos Feest Verplaatsen

Extra flexibility for bad weather, illness or death.

Zorgeloos Feest Verplaatsen is included by default in selected packages. Under the conditions, you can move free of charge in bad weather or a personal situation. You can only add it separately for public performances.

Zorgeloos Feest Verplaatsen only applies to packages that include it by default, if the party is at least 3 weeks in the future, and when the full booking amount has been paid.

This arrangement only gives the right to move the booking and never to receive a refund.

Which packages include it?

Disco / DJ show

Karma, Bente, Great, Awesome, Grootser and Grootst

Included by default in these packages.

Foam party

Sneeuwstorm and Regenboogwolk

Included by default in these packages.

For kids parties, school parties and foam parties it can no longer be added separately. Gekke Geit, Cool, Groots and Sneeuwbui do not include it. For public performances you can still add it separately.

When may I move my booking?

Bad weather

Only for activities that take place entirely or largely outdoors.

The weather forecast is assessed at 18:00 on the day before the event.

Source: a professional weather source set in advance, such as KNMI, Buienradar, Weeronline or Meteoblue.

For disco / DJ show

  • average wind force ≥ 6 Beaufort
  • wind gusts ≥ 50 km/h
  • rainfall ≥ 3 mm per hour for at least 30 minutes during performance time
  • thunderstorm during performance time or within 10 km of the location
  • KNMI code yellow, orange or red for wind, thunderstorm or heavy rainfall

For foam party

  • average wind force ≥ 5 Beaufort
  • wind gusts ≥ 40 km/h
  • rainfall ≥ 1 mm per hour for at least 30 minutes during performance time
  • temperature below 20°C
  • thunderstorm during performance time or within 10 km of the location
  • KNMI code yellow, orange or red for wind, thunderstorm or heavy rainfall

For bad weather: up to 2 moves without extra rescheduling cost.

Illness

In case of illness of:

  • the birthday child
  • the organiser
  • an essential family member whose illness means the party cannot reasonably take place

For illness: up to 1 move without extra rescheduling cost.

Death

In case of death of direct family of the birthday child or organiser.

Direct family:

  • partner
  • parent
  • carer
  • child
  • brother
  • sister
  • grandparent
  • grandchild

For death: up to 1 move without extra rescheduling cost.

What do I not get?

  • no refund
  • no repayment of the booking amount
  • no money back if the new date does not work for you
  • no right to cancel

Packages without this option

Gekke Geit, Cool, Groots and Sneeuwbui do not include Zorgeloos Feest Verplaatsen. Those packages give no right to move at no extra rescheduling cost because of weather forecasts, illness, personal circumstances or death, unless Blijwin® agrees to this in writing or mandatory law provides otherwise.

FAQ

Can I add Zorgeloos Feest Verplaatsen separately?

Not for kids parties, school parties or foam parties. It is included by default in Karma, Bente, Great, Awesome, Grootser, Grootst, Sneeuwstorm and Regenboogwolk. Gekke Geit, Cool, Groots and Sneeuwbui do not include it. For public performances you can still add it separately.

Does Zorgeloos Feest Verplaatsen give me money back?

No. Zorgeloos Feest Verplaatsen only gives the right to move the booking to another available date within the conditions.

Who decides whether bad weather falls within the arrangement?

Blijwin® assesses this using the professional weather source set in advance at 18:00 on the day before the event.

Does bad weather also apply to indoor activities?

No. The weather arrangement only applies to activities that take place entirely or largely outdoors.

How often may I move because of bad weather?

For bad weather, you may move up to 2 times without extra rescheduling cost, if the objective criteria apply again.

How often may I move because of illness?

For illness, you may move up to 1 time without extra rescheduling cost.

What happens if the new date does not work for me?

The arrangement remains limited to moving the booking to another available date. It does not create a right to a refund or cancellation.

Do I get money back if I do not use Zorgeloos Feest Verplaatsen?

No. It is included in the package and is not repaid.

Can I choose any new date myself?

You may suggest a new date, but the move can only be made to a date on which Blijwin® is available.

Does Zorgeloos Feest Verplaatsen also apply in case of death?

Yes, in case of death of direct family of the birthday child or organiser, up to 1 move without extra rescheduling cost applies.
